In addition to your wedding dress and accessories, you’ll probably purchase and/or receive a variety of lingerie for your honeymoon. And unlike your dress, lingerie can be worn again and again so you’ll need to know how to properly care for your intimates. We asked the co-founders of The Laundress how to travel with, clean and store lingerie. Here’s what they had to say:

Yes, I'm a longtime fan of Wai-Ching dresses, and even wore one to my book release party. But with this silk dress, Chrissy Wai-Ching has truly outdone herself. No seriously:

I love that Chrissy made the groom's dramatic silk tie to match … but really you haven't lived until you've seen the back of the dress. That's where the real party is goin' on…

To see more amazing photos of Adana & Orion's May 2008 wedding, head on over to Totten Photography. And to ogle more Wai-Ching dresses, head on over to Wai-Ching.com. (And many thanks to Sara for emailing me about these amazing photos!)

Lately, I’ve seen several weddings in which the couple decided to forgo a towering, sugar-flower-laden, over-the-top wedding cake in favor of several several smaller, simply-decorated cakes displayed on cute cake stands.

Let’s face it: Cupcakes are kind of been-there-done-that, but who cares? Everyone loves the diminutive treats—they’re pretty much a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Especially these adorable ones from Leda’s Bake Shop, in Sherman Oaks.

When the weather is dreary I always think of vacationing, and one of the most beautiful places I’ve been is Maui. While staying there, you see signs asking people not to take the beach home with them. In fact rumors were created saying if you take any of Hawaii of the island, you’ll have bad luck for 10 years! And I can’t blame them for being so cautious, because if I could, I’d plop the island in my pocket and take it home with me!
I met Jamee Jones, jewelry maker and owner of Jonara Blu Maui , who runs her business out of Maui on the side of the Volcano. Imagine the view! She draws all her inspiration for her jewelry from her breath-taking surroundings. She mixes shells, pearls, silk and beads into delightful pieces that are perfect accessories for any beach wedding. This is a excellent way of taking a piece of Maui without offending the islanders.
While scheming my imaginary Hawaiian wedding, I picked out my favorite piece called "Champagne Circles ," (love the name also) which is made with mother of pearl shell, Swarovski crystal, silk, gold and freshwater coin pearls. The freshwater pearls are an added bonus for me, because it was my husband’s first gift to me! And I also handmade freshwater pearl necklaces, as gifts, for all by bridesmaids.

On the ABC show What Would You Do? a real couple allowed the show to hire actors to play wedding crashers at their wedding. The two crashers followed the behavior of the characters in the 2005 film Wedding Crashers. Find out how the gusts react to their behavior and tell us what you think you’d do if someone crashed your wedding.
